Wolves in Idaho and I see each other often. When I don’t see them I can still read the sign and listen to their rendezvous activities. I have been interacting with them in Idaho for 12 years. Up till now all I could do was document it and pray my dogs don’t run into them. It has changed the way we lion and bear hunt with hounds in Idaho greatly. Elk & Deer hunting too is significantly impacted. But we adapted and studied these wolves.

With all the lion hunting in winter and intense spring bear hunting, summer pack trips and archery and rifle elk seasons - We spend an enormous amount of time in the backcountry and have patterned the habits of our wolves.

I cannot tell you how happy I am to finally be able to offer the general public an opportunity to take a wolf in Idaho. Idaho wolf hunting is a success story, even if it is bittersweet and too long in coming. My goal is to help Idaho fill its legal wolf quotas and you can help me do it. My hunters are having success on wolves incidentally already. I feel confident when I am focused on finding you a wolf we can be even more successful. We are licensed for wolf in unit 7 – Panhandle and Unit 10 Lolo Wolf Zones. The quotas to fill are still open with 18 and 21 each left as of December 2nd , 2009 – that’s 38 wolves to be taken. UPDATE ID F&G Has extended the unit 7 hunt until 3/31/10 or until quota is met. We will be taking 1 wolf hunter per week in January in the upper ST Joe National forest Call NOW to schedule a hunt. Please call to make the goal of full quota a reality. I have been waiting 12 years for this. It’s the first legal wolf hunt in the lower 48 for around 80 years. December early season unit 10 hunts, $3000 6 days of hunting. 5 hunting day back country unit 10 hunts in Late Feb and March $2500 plus tax and tags per person.

Since the season closes earlier in unit 7 we are offering a unique combo hunt – ML ELK and DEER and Rifle WOLF one on one hunt $5200 plus tax and tags Nov 25^th through December 1st . We are also offering a Wolf only hunt in unit 7 Dec 26^th through 31^st for $2500.

We operate though USDA FS Special use permits in the Clearwater National Forest, & St Joe National Forest in Idaho We are members of the NRA and Life Members of North America Hunting Club. We are licensed by the State of Idaho Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board and are insured and bonded.

Offering fully guided hunting and backcountry adventures is all we do. Hunters will fly or drive to Missoula. We will pick-up our clients and transport them to camp from there. If you choose to fly to Spokane, WA you must rent your own vehicle and drive down to meet us. All food, lodging and accommodations are provided to our guided hunters once camp is reached. Meat and hides will be packed out and transported to processor and local excellent taxidermist at the customer's request. The cost of processing and taxidermy is the hunter's responsibility. A 9% tax / user fee will be added to the price listed on all the hunts. Please e-mail us for reference list. There are no Trophy fees or other hidden costs. However, gratuities are not included in the price of the hunt.

	Mountain Lion Hunts Idaho is known for it's thriving Mountain Lion population. The remoteness of our hunting areas produce many mature lion to choose from. This is an exhilarating hunt utilizing snowmobiles and hiking to produce trophy cats. By raising and training our own hounds nearly yearlong we truly specialize in these elusive animals. Our secure lodge provides safe and comfortable accommodations, even in this very limited access location. Hunts are booked from early December through early January to provide best possible snow and access conditions. To target big backcountry Toms we are also offering the very limited Wilderness Extreme Lion Hunt conducted using both mules and snowmachines in remote spike camp locations in November. This hunt will be best suited to experienced and very fit hunters.
